Note: Above image
is for fun only. Showing off the creator of this image's marvelous
mind. WOLF actually dates back to Feburary of 1998...at least that
is the date we've found in our old documents. The idea of WOLF was
introduced long before, and we can say, our founder Shadow, had
the idea for a fairly long period before Feb/98.

How We Started
As clans come and go in Team Fortress and Team Fortress Classic, many
ideas have been discovered from the failed clans. From the experience
and failures of others, we learned what works and does not work, and
successfully managed to build one of the best clans in Team Fortress
Classic.
Attributes that were lacking in those failed clans:
- Teamwork
- Communication
- Respect
- Trust
These four things were already available
to us in examples from Mother Nature. We quickly realized that we
couldn't make something better than what Mother Nature has already
created, the wolf, natures perfect killing machine. They're efficient,
loyal, determined, and highly organized. To be the best, The Wolf
Clan has done just that, made a clan based on the perfect animal,
a clan who using a combination of ideas and concepts from Mother Nature,
to form one of the best clans in Team Fortress Classic.
About the WOLF
The pack is the basic social structure of wolf. Its numbers range
from 3 to 25. Every pack has its own personality. Some packs last
a very short time and others span generations. Every pack has at least
one alpha; often there can be two (one male and one female). Alphas
are leaders of the pack...they guide and control pack actions. Alphas
are generally the bigger of the wolves in the pack. When wolves are
in a pack, they all bond and form relationships with each other.
Among all the animals on this Earth, the wolf is one of most efficient
at killing and bringing down prey. It has been known to take down
almost every animal in its territory...even those bigger than itself.
The gray wolf, for example, can kill almost every animal except the
bear; but, on occasion, it has even been known to do that. They can
run and pounce at fast speeds and take down even the most dangerous
of animals. Their senses allow them to track and hunt down animals
through all terrain. Their strong jaws allow them to crush bones with
ease. Wolves are majestic and strong, noble and intelligent.
Conclusion
I and a few others started up the Wolf Clan in January of 1998 based
on the ideas we saw so perfect in the wolf. Like the wolves themselves,
we are organized, and unified as a clan. We are one, we are a pack.
We are the WOLF.
